Please join us for third quarter's lunch and learn. This session will host hot topics from the EEOC's local office and the local Tax Payer Advocacy. 

The EEOC is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it unlawful to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), and national origin (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII)); age (40 or older - Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)); sex-based wages (Equal Pay Act (EPA)); disability (Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)); and genetic information (Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA)).
